The Notes area is less demanding - actually, here you can type in whatever you wish, and use it as a basic text editor. The program comes with various letter templates that you can use for both business and personal purposes. It even allows you to insert images, save the messages you create as external documents, or send them directly to your contacts via e-mail. Your contacts and friends will be neatly stored in the Address tab, where you can add not only their personal information but also their photograph and as many notes as you need.
